Caio Fiuza

Caio Fiuza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as COO at Teya since January 2024, Fiuza has also been the Founder and Partner at Sintesi Strategy and Management and IEG - Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão since 2015 and 2008, respectively. Previous roles include Partner at Bluefit Academia, COO & Partner at Stone, and CEO at Ton. Fiuza's entrepreneurial journey began as Founder and Managing Partner at Visagio from 2002 to 2015. Educationally, Fiuza holds a master's degree in Operations Research from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which was completed between 2003 and 2005, and a bachelor's degree from the same institution, obtained from 1998 to 2002.
