Nathaniel D. Chu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tezza Foods. Nathaniel was previously a Graduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they focused on translational microbiome research to address problems in human health. Nathaniel was also a Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute Fellow and a US Fulbright Fellow. Nathaniel is currently a Research Associate at Northeastern University.
Nathaniel D. Chu earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from Brown University.
