Currently serving as a Partner at The Ferguson Group since October 2021, Charmayne manages a diverse portfolio of local government and nonprofit clients, developing innovative policy solutions. As the Director of Advocacy for the Allergy & Asthma Network since April 2016, Charmayne collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance healthcare access and raise awareness for individuals with allergies and asthma. Prior roles include serving as Principal Consultant at Stratford Strategies, LLC, where strategic planning and organizational development for local governments and nonprofits were key responsibilities, and as a Government Affairs Representative at The Ferguson Group, where legislative and regulatory strategies were developed for clients. Charmayne holds a BA in Government and Politics and an MPA in Public Policy, both from George Mason University.
