Joel Andre has held numerous roles in human resources throughout their career. Joel is currently the Director of Human Resources at TFI International Inc. starting in June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at CN as a Manager of Human Resources and Labour Relations from October 2018 to June 2019, and as a Manager of Human Resources from October 2015 to October 2018. Joel also held positions at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited as a Manager of Human Resources for the Associated Tube Group from March 2014 to October 2015, at Avery Dennison as a Human Resources Manager for Canada from April 2012 to March 2014, at Armtec as a Human Resources Generalist for Central Canada from August 2011 to April 2012, at Iron Mountain as a Human Resources Administrator for Central Canada from January 2009 to July 2011, at George Weston Limited as a Human Resources Administrator from April 2008 to January 2009, at The City of Vaughan as a Purchasing Specialist from June 2007 to March 2008, and at the Ontario Public Service as a Human Resources Intern from January 2007 to June 2007.

Joel Andre MHRM, CHRL has a strong education background in the field of Human Resources. Joel obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from York University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, Joel completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology at York University. Joel also holds a PostGraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.

In addition to their academic achievements, Joel has obtained several certifications that enhance their professional skills. Joel received a Lean Six Sigma Yellow-Belt Certification from Lean Six Sigma Canada in June 2015.
