Michelle Wild

Michelle Wild is a seasoned professional in quality and compliance management, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Compliance, Quality & Risk and Data Protection Officer at TFP Fertility Group since August 2024. Previously, Michelle held the title of Head of Quality & Compliance and CQC Registered Manager at The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health from June 2020 to August 2024. Additional experience includes roles such as Clinical Governance Lead at Zava, Quality Manager at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust focusing on oncology and haematology clinical trials, and Clinical Governance and Quality Manager at CARE Fertility. Michelle's early career features positions as a Senior Clinical Embryologist at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine London and Senior Scientific Officer at Cancer Research UK. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
