Aurélie Lossouarn

Executive Director, Citizenship & Global Education at TFS

A native of Brittany, France, Aurélie Lossouarn joined TFS in 2019 after spending over 18 years in England in the field of education. A qualified teacher, she taught the French programs of the International Baccalaureate. She was also the program coordinator for the National Centre for Distance Education, and assistant director of the foreign language department of an independent international school. Aurélie has a strong passion for education and is committed to the personal development of students. As Director, Citizenship and Global Education at TFS, she oversees the citizenship programs, one of the fundamental pillars upon which our school is built. She is responsible for strengthening and aligning the programs across our four branches. She is also responsible for managing school partnerships, student representation, and the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. Her experience in overseeing international school trips is also a valuable asset, helping students awaken and broaden their international perspective through trips and exchanges around the world. Aurélie holds a certificate in secondary education from the University of Exeter (England), a certificate in leadership from the University of Laval (Quebec), and a bachelor's degree in literature and linguistics from the University of Nantes (France).
