John O'Connor

John O'Connor has over 35 years of work experience in various leadership roles. John started their career as a Financial Analyst at Data General in 1986 and then moved on to Merrill Lynch as a Senior Financial Analyst in 1987. In 1989, they joined Citi as a Vice President and held progressively senior roles in Operations Management, Product and Portfolio Management, and Marketing. At Citi, they led the transformation to an Agile Operating model and was responsible for generating profitable growth through marketing initiatives and customer engagement. In 2021, John joined Nationwide TFS, LLC as Managing Director and later became the Chief Growth Officer in 2022.

John O'Connor has an MBA in Finance & Banking from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. John also has a certification in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education, which they obtained in October 2017.
