Cathrine Baumann

Cathrine Baumann has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Cathrine is currently working as the HR Director for TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization, where they provide support to managers in various HR issues and is responsible for implementing global HR strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Global HR Business Partner for SWEP, where they supported the global functions in all HR matters and played a key role in talent management and recruitment processes. Cathrine also worked as an HR Business Partner for LEMAN, where they focused on HR policy adaptation, implementing an HR system, and various HR projects. Earlier in their career, Cathrine held HR roles at Syngenta, Alfa Laval, Haldex, Amcor Flexibles Lund AB, Orange Sweden AB, Gambro, and AB Åkerlund & Rausing. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as leading HR support across multiple countries, driving HR actions aligned with business goals, implementing health and safety measures, and providing professional support in the HR area. Cathrine Baumann obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Lund University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a U.C in Primary Education from Institut in Education - Lärarhögskolan i Malmö from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Garuda: Kompetens Profilen, MBTI practitioner, and OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) personality test.
