Fernando López has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Fernando began their career in 2004 as a Commercial at Banco Cetelem, BNP Paribas Personal Finance. In 2007, they worked as a Recruiter at EURORESEARCH, S.A. and then moved on to CGI, where they served as a Human Resources Technician, primarily handling recruitment processes and providing support in the banking and telecommunication sectors. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at INECO-TIFSA, focusing on national and international recruitment, expats management, and internal talent assessment. Since 2015, they have been associated with TFS HealthScience - Contract Research Organization, starting as a Senior Recruitment Associate and gradually taking on more responsibility. Fernando has held roles such as Learning and Development Specialist, Associate HR Manager in Learning & Development, and currently serves as a Learning and Development Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for designing and implementing learning programs and is dedicated to attracting and retaining talent within the company.

Fernando López has a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from Universidad CEU San Pablo, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their Degree in Labour Sciences at Universidad de Alcalá between 2004 and 2006. Before that, they pursued a Degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2000 to 2004.
