Douglas Cruz began their career in 2006 as an Assistant at Prudential Carruthers Realtors, where they provided administrative assistance and helped manage client relationships. In 2009, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant, where they gained experience in customer service, business management, and marketing. Cruz then worked at Allegis Group Services from 2010 to 2013, holding roles such as Program Coordinator and Services Procurement Specialist, where they facilitated talent acquisition programs and provided workforce management services. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Convergenz as a Business Development Executive and Resource Manager, handling sales, client relationship management, and staffing services. Currently, Cruz is at TG Federal, initially starting as a Business Development Manager in 2016 and moving up the ranks to Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Client Services.
