Jim Beaird

Jim Beaird has over two decades of experience in engineering and production roles, currently serving as the Engineering Supervisor at TG Missouri since November 2000. In this position, Jim supervises and trains mold technicians, collaborates with customers to address warranty and defect issues, and leads Six Sigma Black Belt projects focused on defect and cycle time reduction, as well as establishing new injection molding processes. Previous roles at TG Missouri include Production Engineer and Engineering Tech positions, where responsibilities encompassed robot programming, work instruction development, and various Kaizen initiatives for cost and safety improvements. Additionally, Jim's earlier experience includes a supervisory role at the U.S. Postal Service, where employee management and operational oversight were central tasks. Education was completed at the Institute of Electronic Technology with an associate degree earned from 1989 to 1991.
