Michael DeLorenzo

Michael DeLorenzo, PMP® has over 17 years of work experience in the areas of engineering, continuous improvement, finance and accounting, operations, program management, project management, manufacturing, and non-recurring engineering. Michael began their career in 2003 with BAE Systems as a Non-Recurring Engineering Planner, and progressed to roles such as Manufacturing Production Supervisor, Producibility/Process Engineer, and Operations Program Manager. In 2013, they joined Columbia Tech as a Senior Program Manager. Michael then moved to Ecovent in 2015 as a Manufacturing Program Manager, Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2016 as a Project Management Consultant, Revolabs in 2016 as a Program Manager, and BAE Systems, Inc. in 2017 as an Operations Program Manager IV - Consultant. In 2018, they joined Procter & Gamble as Finance & Accounting - Corporate Resident (Gillette), where they developed and implemented the North American e-Commerce 3-YR strategic growth plan, owned the e-Commerce D2C P&L, and counseled the Global Grooming Leadership Team. Most recently, in 2020, they joined JUST Goods, Inc. as Director of Engineering & Continuous Improvement.

Michael DeLorenzo, PMP® has an extensive education history. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Optics, High Distinction from the University of Rochester in 2003. Following this, they attended Boston University and obtained a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering in 2005. In 2006, they completed the Operations Leadership Development Program from BAE Systems. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 2019. In addition to their formal education, they also hold several certificates, including a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2013, as well as certificates of completion in CSS Fundamentals, HTML Fundamentals, PHP Course, and SQL Fundamentals from SoloLearn obtained in 2016.
