Gayle Shaw-Hones, PhD, RN has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. Gayle is currently serving as the Vice President of Learning and Development at TGaS Advisors, where they joined in 2022. Previously, they worked as a Managing Partner at Tripel Solutions, LLC from 2021 to 2022, focusing on employee experience and creating digital and experiential situations for corporate and pharmaceutical professionals. Prior to this role, Gayle served as an Enterprise Leadership Architect at Merck from 2020 to 2021. Gayle also worked at ZS from 2019 to 2020 as a Talent and Leadership Architect, where they played a key role in architecting role experiences during the transition from in-person to virtual sales. Gayle has also held management positions at Tripel Solutions, LLC and TGaS Advisors, where they led training and development initiatives. Gayle gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry during their tenure at Wyeth, where they held various roles in project management, change management, learning and development, and sales training. Before entering the pharmaceutical sector, Gayle worked as a Manager of Instructional Design at Newton Gravity Shift. Gayle Shaw-Hones, PhD, RN obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Instructional Technology (MSIT) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 2000. During this time, they also obtained their certification as a Registered Nurse from the PA State Nursing Board.

Between 2002 and 2008, Gayle Shaw-Hones attended Drexel University where they pursued a PhD in Educational Technology.
