Kelly A. Hicks

Kelly A. Hicks is an experienced executive assistant and advancement services professional with a strong background in donor relations and organizational support. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer at TGen, part of City of Hope, since June 2022, Kelly manages complex calendars and travel arrangements. Previous experience includes roles at Scottsdale Arts, where responsibilities encompassed development strategies and board support, and at Thunderbird School of Global Management, focusing on donor recognition and major fundraising initiatives. Kelly began a career at the University of South Carolina, progressing from receptionist to executive assistant. Kelly holds an Associate of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Phoenix College.
