Matthew McInrue

Matthew McInrue is a seasoned professional in project management and program direction with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Directed Programs at TGen since November 2020, Matthew has previously held multiple roles within the Emerging Opportunities division at TGen, demonstrating a strong track record in managing and optimizing project systems. Prior to TGen, Matthew worked at Eli Lilly and Company for over 18 years, where responsibilities included leading company-wide project management initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams in drug development. Additionally, Matthew contributes to Brophy College Preparatory as an Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ball State University.
