Sandra Merced

Sandra Merced has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Sandra started their career as an Assistant Controller at Tenet Healthcare-North Shore Medical Center in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Sandra then moved on to Howard University Hospital where they worked as an Accounting Manager from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they held various management roles at Vitas Healthcare, Chapters Health System, Lakeland Regional Medical Center, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America®. In 2015, they joined AdventHealth as a Regional Accounting Manager and stayed with the company until 2019. After that, they worked as an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC for a brief period in 2020. In 2021, they became the Interim Finance Director at San Joaquin General Hospital. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at TGH Brooksville & Spring Hill since 2023.

Sandra Merced obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Finance from Webster University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus.
