Tanya Stearns

Tanya Stearns has extensive work experience, primarily in the restaurant industry. Tanya started their career in 2000 as an Assistant Director at Primrose School of Lakehill. In 2005, they joined TGI Fridays and held various roles, including Senior Administrative Assistant and International Business Development Coordinator. Tanya later served as the Executive Assistant to the COO, Senior Market Development Analyst, and International Project Manager for Restaurant Excellence. From 2019 to 2021, Tanya became the Director of Marketing in the Americas and the Caribbean. Tanya then took on the role of Director of Program Management before transitioning to Senior Director positions in Global Operations Support and Global Growth at TGI Fridays.

Tanya Stearns holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, which they earned from Texas Woman's University from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General at the same university from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Tanya has obtained certifications including the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and the P.M.P certification in 2018.
