Darsh Patel

Darsh Patel has a diverse and extensive work experience in various legal roles. Darsh started their career as a Law Clerk at Breslin and Breslin, P.A. in 2011. Darsh then worked as an Associate at Friedman & Salisbury Sports Management LLC from December 2011 to May 2013. After that, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Altium Group LLC from January 2012 to October 2013.

From October 2013 to January 2015, Darsh worked as a Legal Consultant at 8of9. Darsh then joined Citi as a Legal Consultant/AVP in January 2015 and continued in that role until March 2018.

In March 2018, Darsh joined TGS Holdings Co as a General Counsel. In this role, they provided legal advice and guidance on various matters related to the fashion, retail, and eCommerce industries. Darsh also negotiated licensing deals with local artists and large corporations, as well as technology and SaaS agreements with vendors. Additionally, Darsh obtained trademarks and managed the intellectual property portfolio of 5 brands. Darsh also managed vendor agreements, negotiated commercial real estate agreements, and implemented an enterprise system for the company.

In 2021, Darsh co-founded NORA and became its General Counsel. Darsh then co-founded Brown Ballers in 2022, where they serve as General Counsel and Co-Founder.

Darsh Patel completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Tulane University Law School in the year 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Boston University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In 2005, Darsh participated in the Leadership in Law Summer Program at Columbia University. Furthermore, they pursued additional certifications, including a Construction Management Specialization from Columbia University in March 2023. Although they possess certifications such as NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation, New Jersey State Bar, and New York State Bar, the exact attainment dates for these certifications are unknown.
