Ruslan Nikolayev is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in logging operations and engineering roles. Currently serving as Logging Operations Manager at TGT Oil and Gas since September 2007, Ruslan oversees the planning and execution of field operations, ensuring quality standards are met. Prior experience includes a tenure at Baker Hughes Services Int. Inc. as a Field Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed providing logging services in various environments, conducting log analyses, and managing perforation operations. Additionally, Ruslan has worked as a Maintenance Engineer, focusing on preventative maintenance and equipment repair. Ruslan holds an Advanced Degree with Honour in Geophysical methods of Fossil Fuels Prospecting and Exploration from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil & Gas, as well as a Diploma in Geophysics from Oil Engineering College.
