Camila Jazmín Segura

Camila Jazmín Segura has extensive experience in talent development, recruitment, and education, currently working in the Talent Development & Learning area at TGV since May 2019, focusing on organization training. With a strong background in IT recruitment, Camila successfully performed candidate searches and screenings in various roles, including as an IT Recruiter for CONEXIONHR and a freelance recruiter. In addition to recruitment, Camila has contributed to education as a UX Research professor at Coderhouse and as a UX instructor at Digital House, actively mentoring students and managing project follow-ups. Camila holds multiple educational qualifications, including a licenciatura in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and specialized training in UX/UI design, information technology, and psychology.
