Donna Duwe

Donna Duwe has extensive experience in sales and management. Donna began their career at Dairy Source in 1994 as a Sales and Accounting Coordinator, where they were responsible for order entry, traffic coordination, and accounts receivable oversight. In 1999, they transitioned to Berner Foods, Inc as the Director of Sales Administration, overseeing sales coordinators, customer service, and direct sales activities. In 2007, Donna joined TH Foods Inc. as a Specialty Brand Manager, growing sales segment revenue by over 20% in a two-year period. Donna then served as Group Sales Manager, increasing sales by $30MM over four years. In their most recent role as Sales Director, they provided strategic guidance to enhance sales to various customers and led the national sales organization to exceed objectives. Donna has a strong track record in driving sales growth, developing marketing plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Donna Duwe attended Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, WI. After graduating, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Donna completed their studies at the university between 1988 and 1993.
