Maintenance Technician

T&H Realty Services, a leading residential Property Management Company located in Indianapolis, is searching for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to work on a variety of single-family homes throughout Central Indiana. Successful candidates must possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience performing hands on residential maintenance repairs.

• Good computer skills with the ability to use mobile technology.

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform a variety of different plumbing repairs, light electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.

• Excellent follow-thru, customer service and organizational skills.

• Equipped with the tools of the trade.

• Ability to work independently and inside a team environment.

• Available to take rotating 24 hour emergency calls.

• Valid Indiana Driver's License and good driving record.

• Applicants subject to drug testing and criminal background checks.
