Passorn Tumrongsiskul

Passorn Tumrongsiskul is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Group Compliance & Company Secretariat at Thai Beverage PLC since October 2022. Previously, Passorn held the position of Director of the Board of Directors Office and Company Secretary at SABECO - Saigon Beer Alcohol Beverage Corporation from September 2018 to November 2022. Passorn's experience also includes a role as Corporate Services Manager at Fraser and Neave Limited and various positions at Thai Beverage PLC between 2013 and September 2017, including Compliance Manager and Assistant Manager in the Foreign Investment Support Department. Additionally, Passorn worked as a Legal Consultant at Royal Advocates International Limited from June 2011 to March 2013. Academic qualifications include an EMBA from Sasin School of Management, a Master of Laws from both Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Illinois College of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University.
