Caroline Blot

Caroline Blot is a quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Responsable Assurance Qualité Produit Antenne Bord at Thales Alenia Space since October 2022, Caroline has previously worked at Scalian as Responsable Assurance Qualité Essais Système for the KINEIS project from January 2018 to October 2022. Responsibilities included managing compliance with system requirements, preparing technical reviews, and overseeing testing data analysis. Caroline's career includes roles at CNES focusing on quality assurance for space programs, notably in earth observation projects, as well as contributions to satellite communication systems and procedures at Thales Alenia Space. Additionally, Caroline has a background in configuration management and project leadership at Airbus, supporting various aircraft development initiatives. Caroline holds an engineering degree from Ecole des Mines d'Alès and a solid foundation in physics and chemistry.
