Cristiano Franchino

Cristiano Franchino is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Head of HR Italy at Thales Alenia Space since June 2021, Cristiano previously held notable positions including Global HR Director for Manufacturing at Maserati, where responsibilities spanned 2,000 employees, and EMEA HRBP for FCA's After Sales and Customer Care sectors. While at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from August 2010 to April 2016, Cristiano managed HR strategies across the EMEA Manufacturing area, overseeing talent development and recruitment for 21,000 employees, and led HR initiatives for the startup of the FCA Kragujevac Plant in Serbia. Earlier roles included HR Manager for various departments at Iveco and International Trucks, complemented by a degree in Economy and Commerce from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
