Ronald Massard

Ronald Massard has extensive work experience in the aerospace and space industries. Ronald started their career at Matra Espace as a Simulation Software Engineer, where they developed radiation pattern modelization software for satellite payloads. Ronald then moved to Thomson CSF, where they worked as an Area Sales Manager and Junior Marketing Engineer, focusing on business development, margin recovery, and securing national contracts for air traffic control systems.

Afterwards, Massard joined Airsys ATM as a Senior Area Sales Manager, responsible for setting up business plans and implementing new sales and marketing processes for key regional projects. Ronald successfully recovered a lost contract, leading to a significant increase in revenue.
