Sarah Pellissier

Sarah Pellissier has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within Thales Alenia Space since 2008. Currently serving as Contrôle de gestion Offres & Projets Complexes and previously as HR Business Partner, Sarah has managed HR functions for diverse sectors involving 300 to 650 employees, focusing on the implementation of HR policies, including salary policy, performance reviews, training plans, and recruitment processes. Prior roles include overseeing interim, apprenticeship, and disability programs for the Toulouse establishment, as well as acting as the telecommuting reference for the site. Sarah began her career in HR at THALES DMS FRANCE SAS and completed an internship at CCI Nice Côte d'Azur. Education includes a Master in Change Management and Human Resources from SKEMA Business School.
