Dawn Miller

Dawn Miller is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in program management and engineering within the defense and security sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since June 2019, Dawn oversees the development of Helmet Mounted Displays (HMD), focusing on transitioning from monocular to binocular implementations. Prior experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation from May 2002 to May 2019 includes roles as Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, and Electrical Engineer, with a track record of managing program portfolios and budgets, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives. Dawn's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution, complemented by a certificate in Infrared Technologies from Georgia Institute of Technology.
