Karen Deckert

Karen Deckert is an experienced professional in health, well-being, and organizational management, currently serving as the Health & Wellbeing Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since June 2022. In addition, Karen has been a member of the Board of Directors for A Roof In Return since May 2020. Previously, Karen held multiple leadership roles at Thales from July 2010 to June 2022, including Industrial Director and Lean Manager, as well as various positions related to human resources and development. Earlier experience includes roles at Mars from May 2003 to July 2010, where responsibilities ranged from People & Organisation Manager to Shift Operations Manager.
