Nick Camps

Nick Camps is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in mechanical engineering and systems engineering. Currently serving as the OOSV Engineering Delivery Manager and JSS Deputy Systems Engineering Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since June 2015, Nick has taken on leadership roles for West Coast co-op students and has facilitated team learning sessions and daily stand-ups. Nick's prior roles include a mechanical designer at Operational Performance Systems and various internships at Thales Defense & Security, where responsibilities ranged from utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design tasks to constructing communication equipment. Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, which included a professional internship, and has also co-owned an environmentally friendly lawn service, gaining valuable skills in marketing and customer service.
