Ankur Kanaglekar

Ankur Kanaglekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as Vice President for Thales in India since September 2025, Kanaglekar previously held multiple key roles at Boeing from July 2011 to August 2025, including Head of Global Co-development, Head of International Business Development Strategy, Head of India Fighters Sale, and Country Manager for Industrial Participation & Strategic Partnerships. Prior to Boeing, Kanaglekar gained valuable experience as a Manager at PRTM Management Consultants, a Delivery Manager at i2 Technologies, a Project Manager at ESI Group, and a Senior Software Engineer at Altair. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
