Jacques Nacouzi

Jacques Nacouzi has over two decades of experience in the technology and avionics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Thales Digital Factory in North America, Jacques has successfully built operations from the ground up, focusing on talent acquisition and project execution in collaboration with the Paris team. Prior experience includes managing the software department at Thales Avionics, overseeing software certification for critical embedded systems and optimizing software production. Additionally, Jacques is a co-founder of Kikicode and Code & Café, initiatives aimed at encouraging youth, particularly girls, to explore programming through robotics. Academically, Jacques holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Avionics from Polytechnique Montréal, and is pursuing a Microprogramme in Transport, Mobility, and Urbanism at the same institution.
