Suresh Naik

Suresh Naik is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Thales since March 2018. With over 9 years at UTC Aerospace Systems, Suresh held the position of Deputy Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition for the Global Engineering Center in Bangalore and acting as an HR Business Partner for multiple business units. Previous roles include HR at Goodrich and Staffing Lead at Concurrent Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where Suresh managed staffing activities, business development, and technical training. Suresh Naik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Visvesvaraya Technological University and an MBA/PGD in Human Resource from Sikkim Manipal University via Distance Education.
