Josh Hollins

Josh Hollins is currently serving as Construction Business Manager at Fluor Corporation since July 2024 and has held the position of Project Executive at Thalle Construction Company, Inc. since May 2020. Previously, Josh spent over 13 years at Fluor Corporation in various roles, including Global Coordinator for Construction & Fabrication and Project Controls, where responsibilities included leading on-site cost engineering for numerous power plant construction projects across the United States. Josh has extensive experience throughout all phases of design, construction, and commissioning, alongside expertise in quantity surveying and scheduling. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1995 and 1999.
