Ian Blake is an experienced Senior Innovation and Transformation leader currently serving as the Head of Innovation for Thames Freeport. They have a demonstrated history in the maritime industry, with previous roles including Head of Information Technology and Head of Innovation & Technology at the Port of Tyne. Ian has played a pivotal role in launching the UK’s first Maritime Innovation Hub and leading the development of a site-wide 5G network at a UK port. They hold an MBA with Distinction in Strategic Leadership and a BA in Information Technology, both from the University of Sunderland.
