Manager at Thames Reach

Rachel Abraham currently serves as the Rough Sleeping Coordinator at the London Borough of Croydon Pension Fund, where responsibilities include delivering rough sleeper services funded through RSI funding. Additionally, Rachel has been an Assistant Support Worker at Thames Reach Charity since August 2018, assisting individuals experiencing homelessness in various London boroughs. As a Manager at Thames Reach, Rachel oversees outreach efforts to help people escape rough sleeping. In a prior role as Head of Training for Huntswood, Rachel managed training operations for approximately 400 individuals alongside internal teams and external clients. Previous experience includes serving as Capacity Planning Manager for Huntswood, focusing on onboarding and data management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth, a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
