The Aviation Operations team at Thames Valley Air Ambulance ensures the safe and efficient deployment of air medical services. Comprising HEMS Pilots, a Chief Pilot and Training Captain, and HEMS Doctors, they coordinate flights, conduct training, and provide critical in-flight medical care to maximize survival and recovery outcomes for emergency patients in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.
