Chloe Evans

Chloe Evans currently serves as the DCO Consents Manager at Thames Water, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Chloe worked at Arup as a Principal Town Planner from June 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included serving as DCO Lead for various significant projects such as the Continental Link interconnector and the Humber Low Carbon Pipeline. Chloe also played a crucial role in HS2 Phase 1 as Consent Lead. Before Arup, Chloe was the Consents Manager at Schofield Lothian, focusing on the Thames Tideway Tunnel and ensuring compliance with statutory consents from multiple authorities. Additional experience includes roles at WSP, where Chloe managed planning schemes for various road upgrades, and early career positions at City of Boroondara and RPS. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Spatial Planning from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
