Chris Brown is an experienced professional in incident management and operational oversight, currently serving as the Incident Manager at Thames Water since April 2016. In this role, Chris leads the Control Room to effectively identify and manage incidents while supporting operational teams with risk mitigation strategies. Previous positions include Assistant Incident Manager and Operational Customer Manager - Waste Control, where Chris managed teams during critical incidents and ensured operational readiness. With a background in emergency services at the Metropolitan Police and experience in communications through CB COMS, Chris also has extensive involvement in stage management and technical roles within the performing arts, holding a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Technical Theatre Arts from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
