Clare Woodford

Clare Woodford is an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at Thames Water, leading the Senior Leadership Team for London's Water Supply and Leakage team since September 2017. Clare's role involves coaching leaders, managing a team of Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on corporate risks while driving improvements linked to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy. Previous positions at Thames Water include Interim Head of HSW for various departments and Specialist Safety Advisor. Prior to Thames Water, Clare worked at BOC UK & Ireland as a Graduate SHEQ Advisor and at Air Products as a summer intern. Clare holds a National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
