Dave Courts has over 35 years of extensive experience in the water sector, primarily with Thames Water since February 1985. Over the years, Dave has served in various roles including Crew Member, Driver Trenchman, Mains and Service Layer, Gang Supervisor, Major Works Supervisor, Team Manager of Developer Services, and multiple managerial positions such as Field Operations Manager, Contract Performance Manager, Operations Delivery Manager, and Self-Lay Field Project Manager. Dave currently oversees Field Operations Managers and Network Service Technicians in the Thames Valley region, emphasizing teamwork, health and safety, and operational excellence. With a proven track record of managing large projects and guiding dedicated teams, Dave remains committed to providing high standards of service to customers.
