Georgina Seely

Georgina Seely has extensive experience in the water sector, currently serving as the Head of Scheme Development at Thames Water since September 1999, overseeing significant investments in water strategic resource options aimed at enhancing drought resilience and environmental protection. Previously held key roles including Head of Project and Programme Definition, Water Strategy and Planning Manager, and Senior Contract Manager, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple capital programs and projects. Georgina is also active in professional organizations, serving as a Member of the Engineering Panel at the Institute of Water since April 2019 and as a Water and Sanitation Community Advisory Board Member with the Institution of Civil Engineers from December 2021 to June 2024. Georgina holds an MEng Hons in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Newcastle University and is associated with the Chartered Management Institute.
