Jacky Tang

Jacky Tang is an experienced professional currently serving as the Service Transition Governance Lead at Thames Water since November 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Problem Manager and Lead Problem Analyst in the Global Problem Management team at National Grid from July 2015 to November 2018. Jacky also completed the Business Graduate Training scheme for Data Analyst at FDM Group, where data analysis skills were developed through various modules. Earlier roles include serving as a Transport Assistant at Hydrock and as a Tutoring Assistant at Kumon Educational UK. Jacky holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering degree from UCL, earned between 2010 and 2014, and completed education at Stretford Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
