Julius Ajeigbe

Julius Ajeigbe is a highly experienced professional in change management and organizational transformation, currently serving as the UK Transformation Project Manager at BNP Paribas CIB since October 2024, and as Business Change Director at Thames Water since September 2020. With a robust career that includes roles at BNP Paribas focusing on new ways of working and cultural transformation, as well as senior positions at Sia Partners and Molten specializing in complex organizational change, Julius has demonstrated expertise across various sectors.
