Laurence Cramp

Laurence Cramp is a professional with extensive experience in transformation and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Transformation for Asset Operations and Capital Delivery at Thames Water since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading comprehensive operational model transformations and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Transformation (Customer) at Thames Water, overseeing customer-focused projects, and Transformation Programme Director, directing key transformation programmes for the UK's largest water and wastewater company. Before Thames Water, Laurence held various positions at Leadent Solutions, Babcock International Group, and EDF Energy, focusing on digitally-enabled operations transformation, strategy, consultancy, and management of large-scale projects. Laurence holds a BA/Mus degree in Music from the University of Oxford and A Levels in English, Music, and French from Solihull School.
