Martin Perrin is a highly experienced professional in wastewater asset strategy and planning, currently serving as the Director at Thames Water since June 2004. Leading a team of over 230 individuals, Martin oversees all clean water and wastewater connections, as well as large-scale asset projects totaling approximately £70 million annually. Martin has successfully implemented continuous improvement and transformational initiatives that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Thames Water include Strategic Waste Planning Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed long-term asset management and operational oversight, respectively.
