Siobhan Gilley

Siobhan Gilley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the water and wastewater sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at Thames Water since January 2021. Gilley previously held key roles at Southern Water as Project Design Lead and Principal Civil Engineer, and at eight2O as Lead Design Engineer. Additional experience includes positions at Black and Veatch Ltd and Black & Veatch, where Gilley managed design teams and led significant projects, notably a £10 million tender and a £6 million design and build project. Gilley's technical expertise encompasses civil design, project management, and stakeholder liaison, supported by a Master of Engineering degree in Civil with Environmental Engineering from University College London.
