Yohanes Princen

Yohanes Princen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Presently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Thamrin Group since February 2024, Yohanes leads the development and implementation of people selection strategies. Prior to this role, Yohanes was the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at MAKA Motors, where comprehensive hiring playbooks and recruitment processes were established. Previous positions include Jr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lamudi.co.id and Human Resources Team Lead at ATI Business Group, demonstrating a consistent focus on enhancing HR operations and staffing strategies. Yohanes began the HR career at Orang Tua Group as HR Recruitment Staff, supporting candidate sourcing efforts. In terms of education, Yohanes holds a Master of Management in Human Resource Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara.
