Jessica Salvatore

Jessica Salvatore is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Head of People at Thanx since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Manager, People Experience at Shinydocs for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as a Senior Associate Recruiter in the Finance & Accounting Division at Robert Half from August 2022 to April 2023. Jessica's career in HR also includes significant experience at reebee Inc., where Jessica held multiple roles, including Head of People, as well as HR Coordinator and Office Manager. Earlier experience includes positions such as Auto Physical Damage Adjuster at Crawford & Company, Bridal Consultant at Valentina Bridal and Couture, and various roles in customer service and support. Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and also attended Fanshawe College.
