Diana Rivera

Diana Rivera is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and claims management. Currently a Partner and Senior Counsel at Tharpe & Howell, LLP since January 2011, Rivera manages all aspects of litigation, specializing in general liability, premises liability, and products liability. Prior to this role, Rivera served as Vice President of Claims at HCC Surety Group from 2006 to 2010, where oversight included commercial bond claims and litigation nationwide, addressing payment/performance bond claims, indemnity, and bankruptcy issues. Rivera began the career as an Attorney at Lanak & Hanna P.C. from 2001 to 2006, focusing on business and construction litigation, including surety defense. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from UCLA.
